STAGE 1 – CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Preparation of conceptual design drawings which include but not limited to lighting layout plans and elevations.
Choice of light fittings and catalogue submission of proposed light fittings.
Co-ordinate with Architect, Structural Engineer and E/M Engineer to work out the locations of these lighting. Advise the client and the PM the effect of these lighting and prepare cost cut exercise to satisfy clients budget if needed.

初步籌劃 (客戶須提供平面圖、天花圖、立面圖及大樣圖給顧問公司，顧問公司會提供燈光設計平面圖給客戶)
STAGE 2 – DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
After the budget is met and approved by the Client and the PM, the consultant is required to carry out circuitry plans, working drawings and bill of quantity.
Co-ordinate with all relevant consultants and government authorities if required to facilitate the approval of light fittings certificate and their locations.
第二期 – 設計案深化
燈光設計之最後協調
最後燈光設計及回路圖
籌劃及跟進 (如有圖紙修改，客戶須提供修改部份之圖紙給顧問公司，顧問公司會提供修改後之燈光設計平面圖及回路圖給客戶)
STAGE 3 – TENDER DOCUMENTATION
Attend site meeting whenever required and approve shop drawings.
Revision of Final Lighting Plans and budgets. Prepare Light Fittings and Dimmer Control System Specifications and Detail Drawings.
Participate in technical interview of tender and assess the tender as required by the Client and the PM. Advise the Client the recommendation of successful tenderer. Answer queries from all tenderers whenever necessary.

第三期 – 施工圖設計
最後修訂設計圖
燈光規格說明書
詳圖 (顧問公司會提供最後之燈光設計平面圖、回路圖、燈具規格說明書給客戶)
STAGE 4 – CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION
Assess variation orders and provide advice to the PM and client from time to time on revised lighting scheme and propose additional light fittings if required.
Prepare defects list and supervise all rectification of defects upon completion of the Works Contract. Carry out testing and commissioning of all lighting with Works Contractor and successfully handover to Estate Management Office.
